my objectives as a cartoonist:

-to work within the language of comic clichés and archetypes, to resist fulfilling conventional narrative resolutions in favor of self-reflexivity

-to explore themes of bad faith, misrepresentation, and the absurd

-to develop an analog visual vocabulary based in black and white form
